What is Gestazión Loyalty?
The Gestazión Loyalty platform is a multi-device web platform, which can be accessed from any connected device (mobile, tablet, computer, etc.) without the need to download or install anything. It is also available as a native iOs and Android app.
Can I combine the Loyalty modules as I wish?
You can choose and combine as you wish the modules that best suit your loyalty goals. Remember that each subscription plan allows a maximum number of modules to be combined.
Can I customise the look of the platform?
The price of the Gestazión Loyalty platform includes the basic custom design. Our team of designers will adapt logos, colours, icons and fonts to the style/image of your brand. We can also offer you exclusive custom design for your platform as an optional service.
Where is the Loyalty platform hosted?
The Gestazión Loyalty platform is hosted in Gestazión’s servers, physically located in first-level datacentres within Spain-European Union. The price of the platform includes hosting, security systems, backups and maintenance. It also includes a free sub-domain or the possibility of linking your own domain to the platform.
How are the contents and participants managed?
You can autonomously manage your programme’s users and contents from the platform’s management, which you can access with a personalised key from any connected device. These management tools have user levels and are form-based and very simple to operate. In case you don’t want to or can’t manage your platform, we can offer you our comprehensive management service—it will take care of everything for you. You can also access the control panel, from which you can monitor and export the results of your loyalty platform.
What about the database of registered users?
The database of participants in the loyalty platform is hosted in Gestazión’s servers under the highest security and protection standards, but it belongs exclusively to you, so you can export it or delete it whenever you see fit. Gestazión will never use the data of users registered in your Gestazión Loyalty platform. Gestazión Loyalty rigorously complies with all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Can it be connected with other tools?
The Gestazión Loyalty platform has an API connection that allows it to communicate bidirectionally with third-party systems: CRM, CMS, POS, etc.
Can it be translated into other languages?
The Gestazión Loyalty platform allows the use of different languages when contracting the Multi-language module.

How much does the Loyalty platform cost and how do I pay for it?
There are three subscription modes for the Gestazión Loyalty platform. The price of each mode varies according to the number of modules contracted and the volume of registered users.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
The minimum contract for the Gestazión Loyalty platform is for 12 months (consult fees for shorter periods). After that time, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want by giving 2 months’ notice.
